Sophia Fan is a freshman at Raleigh Charter High School with a strong passion for academic excellence and community engagement. She is a varsity athlete in both cross country and soccer, demonstrating dedication, discipline, and teamwork both on and off the field. As an active member of the Food Science and Baking Club, she enjoys exploring the intersection of science and creativity through hands-on experimentation.

Her academic interests focus on health, nutrition, and applied science, with a growing curiosity about how scientific innovation can enhance everyday life. She is committed to using her knowledge and skills to make a meaningful and lasting impact in her community.

Beyond academics, Sophia is a dedicated musician who serves as the first chair euphonium in her school band. She contributes over 100 volunteer hours each year, supporting a wide range of community initiatives and service projects. Through her involvement in athletics, music, and service, Sophia strives to inspire others while promoting collaboration, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
