Ethan Evan Yang is an 8th Grade student at Heritage Middle School in Livingston, New Jersey. 

Evan, in his free time, explores the field of electrical engineering. Ever since he was little, components like the Arduino UNO have been the center of his tinkering. With deep passion, he has created many projects for his family and community.

He also comes from a large volunteering background. When other elementary school kids do not give much thought to volunteering, Evan has been an early volunteer to the community. He has served as the junior committee chair and now serves as the treasurer at AYLUS West Essex Branch . He also participated in many volunteering events at AYLUS West Essex Branch as well as Huaxia Chinese School.

He also finds ways of expressing himself through the joys of music and sports. In their own way, they each bring something that he can work and dedicate to. He plays clarinet in a select ensemble and has played club soccer for years as midfielder.
