Alison Fung is a junior at the Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy with a deep passion for both STEM and music. She serves as the Operations Captain for her FRC robotics team and sits on the board of the IMSA Society of Engineers. Her academic interests center on prosthetics and mechanical engineering, with a mission to improve quality of life through innovative, human-centered design.

Beyond STEM, Alison is also an award-winning classical vocalist. She has led efforts to bring both music and STEM education to underserved communities across the Chicago area. Alison has organized and performed in more than 30 concerts at senior centers, uniting youth musicians to share the joy of music. She is equally dedicated to expanding equitable access to STEM resources through youth advocacy and community learning initiatives.
